Tunisian Ministry of Culture Announces Call for Applications for Summer Festivals 2026
Call for Artists, Music Groups, and Event Organizers
The Tunisian Ministry of Culture has announced the opening of applications for participation in the summer festivals of 2026 in the fields of music, dance, and illusion arts. Artists, music groups, and event organizers have until June 24, 2026, to submit their applications.
Application Guidelines
According to a statement released by the Music and Dance Department, applications must be submitted exclusively through the dedicated digital platform for managing cultural sector support. The ministry emphasized that incomplete, late, or non-electronic submissions will not be reviewed by the competent commission.
Required Documents
For artists and music groups, the application dossier must include:
- A copy of the national identity card
- A curriculum vitae
- Copies of professional cards for the lead artist and participating members
- Written commitments from participants
- An artistic presentation of the show (with priority given to new productions)
- A detailed budget and links to the artistic project
For event organizers, the ministry requires:
- A copy of the national identity card or a recent extract from the National Register of Enterprises (dated within the last three months)
- A signed copy of the terms of reference
- A document attesting to the contract concluded between the organizer and the artists
- A list of technical equipment mobilized and a budget for the project
Support Mechanisms
To facilitate the registration process, the Music and Dance Department has implemented several support mechanisms, including:
- A user guide for the platform
- Explanatory videos
- Direct contact means (phone and email) with the technical assistance team
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted through the dedicated digital platform by June 24, 2026.
