This pilot hearing, held on February 12, 2026, is part of the gradual deployment of the integrated electronic system implemented by the Administrative Tribunal. The process was launched within the Gabès chamber on December 29, 2025, following the design and development of the digital platform.
A Totally Dematerialized Procedure
According to information published on the official page of the Administrative Tribunal, the new system covers the entire judicial process in a secure and efficient digital environment. It allows for the handling of first-instance and referral cases, examination of stay of execution requests, and registration of judicial assistance requests. This complete dematerialization aims to simplify procedures, reduce delays, and ensure better tracking of files.
Soon, Online Services for Litigants
The Administrative Tribunal is now preparing a new phase that will offer advanced digital services to litigants, lawyers, and public administrations under the jurisdiction of Gabès. It will be possible to create secure personal accounts to deposit requests, exchange electronic memoranda and reports, and ensure remote monitoring of ongoing cases.
