Sousse Launches New Smart Application for Municipal Services
The municipality of Sousse has announced the launch of a new intelligent application (APK) that allows citizens to access municipal services directly on their smartphones.
This new measure is part of the municipality's support for digital transformation and improvement of the quality of services provided to citizens. The application aims to facilitate citizens' access to municipal services and local information, bring the administration closer to citizens, and enhance the efficiency of communication by providing a digital space that brings together the most important services in one place.
With this intelligent application, users can access the official website of the municipality, consult the digital geography portal (SIG), easily submit complaints and suggestions, follow waste collection schedules, explore historical monuments through an interactive map, and share photos to document local heritage.
The municipality invites all citizens to download the application and enjoy its digital services. To facilitate the process, the municipality has published a video explaining how to download the application through the "e-citizen" digital space on the official website of the municipality of Sousse:
