SOS Children’s Villages Tunisia announced the start of its “Digital Ramadan Iftar” campaign, a solidarity drive organized for the holy month of Ramadan. The program aims to modernise social action in Tunisia, promote online giving, and strengthen the spirit of volunteerism and solidarity.
A Digital Campaign Supporting 9,000 Children and 1,850 Families
Speaking on the “Journée Heureuse” program on Radio Nationale, Fawzi Rabhi, communication and marketing expert at the association, explained that the initiative targets nearly 9,000 children cared for by SOS Villages across the country. It also benefits 1,850 families enrolled in the organisation’s family‑strengthening programmes.
The goal of the Digital Ramadan Iftar is to make donations easy through secure digital solutions while ensuring transparent management of contributions.

SOS Children’s Villages: An Expanding Network in Tunisia
To strengthen its regional presence, SOS Children’s Villages recently opened its first two offices in the governorate of Médenine—one in Médenine‑ville and another in Djerba‑Midoun. This expansion brings the total number of regional branches dedicated to protecting children without family support, vulnerable children, and needy families to 12.
