To better satisfy its subscribers, the National Water Exploitation and Distribution Company (SONEDE) has introduced a new free service that sends an SMS to its subscribers to inform them of their water bill amount and payment deadlines. To subscribe to this new service, simply send "In" followed by your contract number to 85004 and fill out the form on the website sms.sonede.com.tn. This service aims to make bill management more transparent and improve communication with subscribers, allowing them to track and pay their water bills more easily.
