Tunisian Team Wins 3 Bronze Medals at African Youth Games
The Tunisian team has won 3 bronze medals during the first two days of the African Youth Games, currently taking place in Luanda, Angola. These medals were obtained in karate and athletics competitions, increasing Tunisia's total at the start of this African campaign.
Medal Winners
- Player Amanallah Dhawadi opened the Tunisian scoreboard by ranking third and winning the bronze medal in the individual Kata competition.
- Athletics also marked the Tunisian presence with two bronze medals:
- Amine Labassi in the high jump competition, after clearing a bar of 1.90 meters.
- Seifeddine Chouikh in the discus throw, with a throw measured at 55.46 meters.
