Suspension of Classes in El Rayayna, Libya Due to Seasonal Flu Outbreak
The educational control service of the El Rayayna municipality in Libya has announced the suspension of classes in all educational institutions under its jurisdiction for two days, as an urgent preventive measure to limit the spread of the seasonal flu virus. It was specified that this decision affects all schools in the fundamental and secondary education cycles, both public and private, as well as kindergartens. The service emphasized that this precautionary measure aims to preserve the health and safety of students, as well as teaching and administrative staff, given the rapid spread of the virus. The control service indicated that normal classes are expected to resume starting from Tuesday, December 16, according to a report by the Libyan News Agency.
