Introduction of a New Intelligent Communication System at the German Embassy in Tunis
The visa and consular services department of the German Embassy in Tunis is pleased to announce the adoption of a new intelligent communication system, FACIL, designed to simplify and accelerate exchanges with the public.
New Procedure for Submitting Inquiries
From now on, inquiries should no longer be sent to the email addresses info@tunis.diplo.de or visa@tunis.diplo.de. All messages must be submitted via the online contact forms available on the embassy's official website. This approach ensures that each request is directed to the relevant department, allowing for faster responses and more efficient processing.
