This will enable the restoration of the culture of work, strengthen the principle of self-sufficiency, include all social categories, stimulate investment, and create wealth.

Balance Between Social Role and Economic Growth

This comprehensive vision aims to establish equitable development and ensure social justice. At the end of the work, the council recommended that the final version of the 2026 draft finance law be presented to the Council of Ministers before being transmitted to the Assembly of the Representatives of the People and the National Council of Regions and Districts.
