The SANIMED company has announced the completion of the capital increase reserved for AGRIMED, as decided during the Extraordinary General Assembly on December 18, 2024. This information was communicated through a press release published on the Tunis Stock Exchange website on December 15, 2025.
Details of the Operation
The operation involves a total amount of slightly over 10.1 million dinars. It was carried out through the issuance of nearly 7.6 million new shares, with a nominal value of 1.335 dinars each and a subscription premium of 0.25 dinars per share. The financing took place through both debt settlement, for an amount of approximately 5.5 million dinars, and cash contributions of approximately 6.5 million dinars.
Impact on SANIMED's Capital
Following this operation, SANIMED's share capital now stands at approximately 26.7 million dinars. This capital is divided into around 20 million shares, each with a nominal value of 1.335 dinars. The company's bylaws have been amended accordingly to reflect this new capital structure.
