Samira Guiza Officially Takes Office as First President of the Administrative Court
On Tuesday, March 3 2026, Samira Guiza was formally installed in her role as First President of the Administrative Court during a hand‑over ceremony held at the institution’s headquarters on Rue de Rome. She succeeds Abdessalem Mehdi Ghrissia, who retired after reaching the statutory retirement age.
The ceremony was attended by judges and magistrates of the Administrative Court, as well as senior staff and employees of the institution.
The transfer of duties was carried out in accordance with the current procedures and customary practices, ensuring the continuity of the public service of administrative justice and the smooth operation of the court.
