Today, in the early afternoon, the Specialized Criminal Chamber for financial corruption cases at the Judicial and Financial Pole of the capital postponed the trial of Sami Fehri and a former official (the former CEO) in a case related to financial and administrative corruption.
Reason for Postponement
The lawyers of Sami Fehri requested a postponement in order to examine the case file and prepare the defense arguments.
Court Decision
The Chamber therefore decided to schedule the next session for next January, as the final postponement of the trial.
Agreement from the State
The representative of the State's litigation agent agreed to this postponement.
