SAH Lilas Announces Partial Recomposition of its Board of Directors
The Hygiene Products Company (SAH Lilas) has announced a partial recomposition of its Board of Directors, following the resignation of three of its members. Three new administrators have been co-opted to replace them, and their appointment will be submitted for ratification at the next Ordinary General Assembly.
This development takes place in a context of internal reorganization and significant movements in the company's capital.
New Composition of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of SAH Lilas now consists of:
- Mr. Mounir El Jaiez, Chairman of the Board
- Ms. Jalila Mezni, General Manager
- PGH, represented by Mr. Mohamed Mahjoub Langar
- Mr. Ahmed Bouzguenda
- Mr. Mohamed Amine Ben Malek
- Mr. Skander Kammoun
- Mr. Adel Ghlila
- Mr. Slim Ouali
- Mr. Anis El Fehem
- Mr. Mohamed Nidhal Mosbahi
Evolution of Shareholding
This recomposition is part of an evolution of the company's shareholding. Poulina Group Holding (PGH) has recently strengthened its presence in the reference capital by finalizing the acquisition of 45.48% of JM Holding, the parent company of SAH Lilas. This participation was previously held by Olea Holding.
