The Head of State emphasized the need for these funds to regain their financial balance through the revision and development of the legislation governing them, so that they can achieve the objectives for which they were created. He also insisted on the strict application of Tunisian state law regarding the prohibition of subcontracting, recalling that the situation of around 82,000 workers has already been regularized.

In this context, he affirmed that anyone attempting to circumvent or fraudulently apply this law will be held accountable.
