Five Athletes to Represent Tunisia at the 2025 World Rowing Championships
The 2025 World Rowing Championships, scheduled to take place from September 21 to 28 in Shanghai, China, will feature five Tunisian athletes. This information was confirmed by Fayçal Soula, the Technical Director of the Tunisian Rowing Federation.
Tunisian Rowing Representatives in Shanghai
The Tunisian delegation will consist of:
- Fédi Ben Hamouda: heavyweight single scull
- Ghaith Kadri: lightweight single scull
- Khadija Krimi and Salma Dhaouadi: lightweight double scull
- Ahlem Jeddi: para-rowing, PR1 category
These rowers will proudly represent Tunisia in a competition that brings together the world's top athletes.
A Busy Schedule for Tunisian Rowing
In addition to this international event in China, Tunisia will host the 16th edition of the Tunis International Rowing Tournament on October 5, 2025, at the Tunis Lake international waterway. Later, Tunisian rowers will participate in the African Rowing Championships (classic, sea rowing, and para-rowing), scheduled to take place from October 28 to November 2, 2025, in Pretoria, South Africa.
