Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic Announces New Appointments to Central Bank of Tunisia
The Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic has published Order No. 474 of 2025, dated December 12, appointing Rim Charfi and Mouldi Zayen as members of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Tunisia. Rim Charfi replaces Fatma Marai, while Mouldi Zayen succeeds Abdelmoumen Souih. Both are designated as experts in the banking and financial sector for a three-year term. The Order also provides for the renewal of Ghazi Boulela's term on the Board of Directors for three years, effective September 13, 2025.
