Former State Secretary for Water Resources and water management expert, Abdallah Rabhi, announced that the fill rate of dams in Tunisia reached 29% by the end of November. During his appearance on Diwan Fm on Friday evening, December 5, 2025, Rabhi added that this level is an improvement over the rates recorded in recent years, particularly in the Northwest governorates, where several hydraulic structures have seen a significant improvement in their reserves. The expert further emphasized that the recent rainfall in the northernmost part of the country is of major importance, especially for cereal crops, at a critical point in the agricultural season.
