Ministry of Interior Announces External Competition for Recruitment of Principal Engineers
The Ministry of Interior has announced its intention to organize an external competition based on exams for the recruitment of Principal Engineers in the common corps of Public Administration Engineers. The competition aims to recruit two telecommunications engineers, two computer engineers, and one civil engineering specialist. The Ministry has set October 27, 2025, as the start date for online registration, and the deadline for online applications will be November 17. Candidates must register their applications through the electronic website https://recrutementdaf.interieur.gov.tn, then download the application form to attach it to their application file later (application files will only be sent at the request of the Administration, after publishing a notice to this effect on the website). Any electronic application that does not contain all the required data in the form, or contains incomplete or unclear data, will be automatically rejected.
Steps of the Competition
In the first stage, the competition committee verifies the automatic ranking of candidates according to the data contained in the electronic application forms, based on the total points obtained as follows:
- Baccalaureate average or equivalent coefficient (1) plus the average of the years of study successfully completed for the National Engineer Diploma or equivalent (3-year engineer training cycle) coefficient (2). The candidates ranked in the top positions, by specialty and within the limit of at least ten (10) times the number of positions to be filled, will be invited to submit their application files through a notice published to this effect, specifying the date, place of deposit, and required documents.
In the second stage, candidates will take an oral exam (coefficient 2) on a topic related to their specialty, drawn from the program annexed to the decision fixing the organization modalities mentioned in reference.
