Hospital Development: Ministry of Health Delivers Medical Equipment to Redeyef Local Hospital
As part of the development of hospital facilities and the strengthening of their operational capacity, the Ministry of Health has delivered a batch of medical equipment to the local hospital in Redeyef, located in the Gafsa governorate. This initiative is part of a desire to improve the quality of health services and actively support the hospital's surgical activity.
State-of-the-Art Equipment for the Operating Room
The received equipment includes essential devices such as a cardiac defibrillator, a vital signs monitor, and a fetal cardiac rhythm monitor (RCF). The operating room is also equipped with an operating table, an anesthesia machine, an electric scalpel, and a warming table dedicated to newborns.
Improved Patient Care
According to information published by the Gafsa Regional Health Directorate, this equipment reinforcement aims to permanently equip the operating room and boost the surgical program. Beyond the modernization of infrastructure, this endowment aims to ensure better patient safety during interventions, improve the overall quality of care, and significantly reduce waiting times for users.
