- In terms of supply and demand, a 1% decrease in demand was noted for both new and old apartments, while supply increased by 3% over the same period.
- The supply remains dominated by old apartments, which account for 59% compared to 41% for new housing.

- Apartments consisting of a living room and two bedrooms remain the most sought after, followed by those with a living room and three bedrooms (32%).
- The most demanded areas range from 90 to 180 m².
