National “RAÏDET” Program Boosts Women‑Led Entrepreneurship and Job Creation
Since its launch in December 2022, the national program for female entrepreneurship and investment “RAÏDET” has financed 6,629 projects, generating nearly 12,000 direct jobs.
In a written response addressed to Deputy Mariem Cherif and published on the website of the Assembly of the People’s Representatives (ARP), the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and Seniors clarified that it has targeted more than 5,000 women through a communication and awareness plan covering 93 delegations and 132 imadas to raise awareness of the program and its objectives.
The ministry added that the department has also promoted the RAÏDET program through the media and by publishing a book that documents success stories of women who turned their ideas into concrete projects.
Furthermore, beneficiaries have been granted access to national and international fairs to showcase their products and highlight their experiences as inspiring journeys.
In April, Minister Asma Jebri announced that new agreements with public banks will soon be signed to launch the second phase of the RAÏDET program, following the evaluation of its first phase, which will be completed at the end of 2025.
“The next phase, spanning 2026‑2030, will focus on promoting innovative women‑led projects, strengthening direct communication with girls and women—especially in interior regions and the least‑served governorates—and encouraging the expansion of small and medium‑sized enterprises,” the minister said.
