Hearing of the Case Against Lawyer Dalila Msaddek and Journalist Borhane Bsaïes Postponed
The examination of the case brought against lawyer Dalila Msaddek and journalist Borhane Bsaïes, under Decree 54 regarding the prohibition of disseminating information on the conspiracy case, has been postponed to January 9, 2026. Lawyer Dalila Msaddek had announced on her Facebook page that she would appear this Tuesday, November 25, 2025, before the Criminal Chamber of the Court of First Instance of Tunis, along with journalist Borhane Bsaïes. The complaint was filed under Decree 54, following a television program in which they discussed what is known as the conspiracy case.
