Tunis Criminal Court Postpones Hearing of Khayam Turki's Case to January
The Criminal Chamber specializing in examining financial corruption cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance has postponed the hearing of the case against political activist Khayam Turki to next January. The Indictment Chamber specializing in financial corruption cases at the Tunis Court of Appeal had decided to refer Khayam Turki to the Criminal Chamber of financial corruption at the Tunis Court of First Instance to be tried on charges related to suspected money laundering and various financial crimes.
