Tunisian Wheelchair Racing Team Concludes Successful Participation in Arbon Open Para-Athletics Championship

The Tunisian wheelchair racing team has concluded its participation in the Arbon Open Para-Athletics Championship in Switzerland, which came to a close on Sunday, with a total of nine medals (4 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze).

The four gold medals were won by Yassine Gharbi in the T54 category, taking home top honors in the 400m, 800m, and 1500m events. Mohamed Nidhal Khelifi also secured a gold medal in the T53 category, winning the 100m event.

Walid Ktila secured two silver medals in the T34 category, finishing second in the 100m and 400m events. Mohamed Nidhal Khelifi also claimed two bronze medals in the T53 category, taking third place in the 400m and 800m events.

The Tunisian team will continue its tour by participating in the Nottwil Para-Athletics Grand Prix in Switzerland from May 18 to 24.
