Tax Declaration Deadlines for 2025

The General Tax Directorate (DGI) has announced the following deadlines for tax declarations:

October 20, 2025, has been set as the deadline for the monthly declaration of corporate entities subscribed to the electronic tax declaration and payment system.
October 16, 2025, has been established as the deadline for the monthly declaration of individual persons.
The same day, October 16, 2025, has also been set as the deadline for the quarterly declaration of individuals subject to the lump-sum regime and attached to the real regime.
Finally, October 28, 2025, will be the deadline for the monthly declaration of corporate entities not subject to electronic tax declaration and payment.
