Tax Declaration Deadlines for 2025
The General Tax Directorate (DGI) has announced the following deadlines for tax declarations:
- October 20, 2025, has been set as the deadline for the monthly declaration of corporate entities subscribed to the electronic tax declaration and payment system.
- October 16, 2025, has been established as the deadline for the monthly declaration of individual persons.
- The same day, October 16, 2025, has also been set as the deadline for the quarterly declaration of individuals subject to the lump-sum regime and attached to the real regime.
- Finally, October 28, 2025, will be the deadline for the monthly declaration of corporate entities not subject to electronic tax declaration and payment.
