Energy expert Nizar Yaïche has emphasized that Tunisia has all the necessary assets to achieve a qualitative leap in the field of energy transition. Yaïche explained that the vast solar potential of the Tunisian Sahara allows for the production of massive amounts of electricity. This production could not only meet national needs but also be exported to European markets. According to him, this orientation would strengthen the country's energy sovereignty and contribute to reducing the trade deficit.
