Deputy Ali Zaghdoud Announces Postponement of Plenary Session
Deputy Ali Zaghdoud stated today on Diwan FM radio that the plenary session with Finance Minister Michkat Salama Khaldi, which was scheduled for 10:00 am, has been postponed to the afternoon.
Zaghdoud explained that the Finance Minister will resubmit chapters for voting under Article 112 of the Internal Regulations. This follows the completion of discussions with the parties responsible for the chapters in question, which were the subject of a disagreement requiring their referral under Article 112, after reaching a consensus-based solution, according to him.
The spokesperson clarified that Article 112 allows the government to submit any chapter that has already been voted on in a modified form for a second vote.
