Meeting Between Michket Slama Khaldi, Minister of Finance, and Elisabeth Wolbers, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Tunisia

Discussion of Joint Projects
During the meeting, the two officials presented joint Tunisia-Germany projects, particularly those funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the German Development Bank (KFW). These projects primarily aim to finance small and medium-sized enterprises, digitize public administration, and modernize and optimize information systems.
Tunisia's Commitment to Economic Reforms
Michket Slama Khaldi reaffirmed Tunisia's willingness to pursue necessary reforms to strengthen the foundations of the national economy and consolidate the social role of the state. She also highlighted the country's resilience in the face of global geopolitical fluctuations.
Germany's Continued Support
The German Ambassador, on her part, praised the joint efforts of Tunisian and German teams for the success of cooperation programs. She expressed Germany's willingness to continue supporting Tunisia, noting that next year will mark 70 years of friendship and fruitful partnership between the two nations.
