Tunisian Senior Pétanque Team Wins 13 Medals at African Championship
The Tunisian senior pétanque team (men and women) collected 13 medals (4 gold, 8 silver, and 1 bronze) at the end of the African championship of the discipline, a qualifying event for the 2026 World Championship, which took place from September 2 to 7 in Mauritius.
Gold Medal Winners
The gold medals were won by:
- The pair Achraf Zouaoui and Mourad Ayadi in men's doubles
- Yosra Mhamedi and Hana Dridi in women's rapid fire doubles
- Achraf Zouaoui in shooting and pointing
- Mourad Ayadi in the individual event
