Call for Proposals N.3 – ADAPT Investment Fund ADAPT/2025/1

The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) is launching a call for proposals for the financial support mechanism of the ADAPT Invest Support Fund, as part of the ADAPT program – Support for Sustainable Development in the Agriculture and Artisanal Fishing Sector, financed by the European Union and implemented by AICS in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP). This initiative supports private sector investment projects that are part of a sustainable approach in Tunisia.

A Support Fund of 25 million euros has been set up by the ADAPT program. Call for proposals n. 3, worth 8 million euros, is now open to promote private investments in the agricultural, aquaculture, and fishing sectors and to encourage an ecological transition of agri-food production systems. Projects that meet the sustainability criteria identified by the program are eligible for a contribution in the form of a grant – on the amount of a loan granted by a financial institution or leasing – up to a maximum of 20%. The maximum ADAPT contribution is set at 100,000 euros per project holder.

The deadline for submitting proposals is November 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
