Tunisia Emerges as a Fertile Ground for Start-ups and High-Value Projects

Today, Tunisia is positioning itself as a fertile ground for the development of start-ups and high-value projects. With a constantly evolving ecosystem and committed actors, this dynamic favors the emergence of new synergies between companies, investors, and innovators.

Lebridge25'–Tunis: A New Initiative

In this perspective, "Lebridge25'–Tunis" is an initiative that aims to connect talents, stimulate exchanges, and transform ideas into concrete opportunities for growth and collaboration. The Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITF) organized the launch conference of the first edition of "LEbridge25'–Tunis" on December 15, 2025. This event was designed to bring together companies, start-ups, and innovation actors around a shared ambition: creating sustainable bridges, encouraging strategic meetings, and fostering high-potential collaborations.

A Structured Program

On this occasion, Raja Touil, General Manager of the CCITF, stated that the CCITF has committed to a new strategic axis focused on start-ups and innovation. She affirmed that the Chamber is now opening its entire ecosystem to start-ups, while mobilizing the necessary resources to support them in their development in the Tunisian market and their expansion into the French market.

Touil also highlighted that "Lebridge" is the first edition of a structured program aimed at strengthening support for start-ups. In this context, the Chamber has set up a commission dedicated to start-ups and innovation, chaired by Razi Sadem, a recognized actor in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and composed of innovative companies. The main actions taken in this context include economic missions to France.

International Expansion

Touil specified that the Chamber organizes delegations of companies and start-ups to France to provide them with access to the market and connect them with key economic and institutional players. She added that several events will be scheduled throughout the year, in parallel with a support program designed to prepare start-ups for internationalization, which will be deployed starting next year.

Encouraging Young Tunisians

Addressing young Tunisians, the General Manager of the CCITF highlighted the country's strong potential, emphasizing a dynamic, innovative ecosystem supported by devices such as the "Startup Act" law, which encourages entrepreneurship among young people. She encouraged project leaders to prepare well and approach the Chamber of Commerce or other actors in the French economic ecosystem to benefit from support in creating, developing their projects, accessing the market, and financing.

Conclusion

Finally, Raja Touil concluded by stating that when start-ups or companies are ready to expand internationally, the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry will make all necessary resources available to support them in this key stage of their growth.
