Municipal Headquarters of Bardo Holds Decisive Working Session on SPROLS Buildings in Ksar Saïd
The municipal headquarters of Bardo hosted, last Friday, a decisive working session devoted to the situation of SPROLS buildings in the Ksar Saïd area. Under the aegis of the Secretary‑General responsible for municipal management, the meeting brought together a wide range of institutional actors, including representatives of the real‑estate company SPROLS, Civil Protection, STEG, SONEDE, and ONAS.
Main objectives
- Creation of a mixed technical commission tasked with cataloguing violations and technical shortcomings within the buildings.
- This step is indispensable for the municipality to issue the final work completion certificates to SPROLS – a condition sine qua non for the company to finalize the transfer procedures of the apartments to their respective owners.
Parallel initiatives
Authorities also agreed to intensify efforts to encourage residents to form condominium syndicates. Whether through volunteer syndics or, when that is not possible, professional syndics, this structuring is deemed a priority to ensure the sustainability and maintenance of Ksar Saïd’s real‑estate stock.
