National Office for Family and Population Launches Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign
The National Office for Family and Population (ONFP) launched today, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the implementation of its national and regional program for the celebration of October Rose, as part of the global breast cancer awareness campaign and the promotion of the importance of clinical examination and early detection.
The President and Director General of the Office (ONFP), Mohamed Douagi, explained in a statement to the National Radio that awareness activities and free consultations will be organized in all governorates, targeting both women and men, and all services will be provided free of charge. Douagi added that the October Rose month will also see the organization of mobile clinics via the "Pink Train" (the pink wagon) to facilitate access to the largest number of beneficiaries.
