Completion of Technical Study for Kef-Tunis Highway Project via Siliana Expected by First Half of 2026
The technical study for the Kef-Tunis highway project via Siliana is expected to be finalized by the first half of 2026, according to Sadok Rejeb, Regional Director of Equipment. He stated to the TAP Agency that the phase of expropriation of lands dedicated to the realization of this project will take place subsequently, adding that the mobilization of necessary funding is currently underway. "A budget of 25 million dinars has been allocated for the acquisition of lands for the construction of the Kef-Tunis highway, which spans a distance of 110 km," the Minister of Equipment had emphasized during the examination of his department's budget at the Assembly.
