Tunisian Union of Social Solidarity Allocates Aid to Underprivileged Students

The Tunisian Union of Social Solidarity in the Kef region has allocated 5,600 aids to students and pupils from low-income families on the occasion of the new school and university year, according to the regional coordinator of the Union, Walid Jebali.

Jebali added in a statement to the TAP agency that these aids will be distributed fairly among students and pupils from low-income families, in the form of school supplies (backpacks, clothing, and shoes).

These aids will be distributed at the start of the school and university year, in parallel with the aids programmed by the Ministry of Social Affairs for this purpose, as part of the annual support provided by the ministry to students and pupils, amounting to 100 dinars per student and 120 dinars per pupil, in addition to aids in kind such as backpacks and transportation subscriptions.
