The spokesperson for the courts in Kasserine, Judge Imad El Omari, stated to Mosaïque FM that the public prosecutor ordered the detention of a 15-year-old adolescent on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The teenager is accused of assaulting his 10-year-old sister.

Details of the Case

The case came to light on social media, where photos showing signs of violence on the young girl's body were circulated. When contacted by Mosaïque FM, the family confirmed that the brother had indeed used an electrical cable to assault his sister.
