End of Anarchic Street Vending
Furthermore, municipal agents and several officials have successfully relocated all the informal vendors who had been operating for a long time on Beït El Hikma Avenue, Sfax Street, and Mohamed-Ali City. These aggressive vendors had not only occupied the sidewalks but also taken over the road, displaying their merchandise on the ground on cardboard boxes, without regard for vehicles and buses that could not even pass through and had to take alternative routes.
