Ranim Ben Slimène, a talented Tunisian judoka, has secured the gold medal in the -63 kg cadettes category by defeating Algerian opponent Douaa Rabhi in the final match held on Saturday as part of the Algerian Open Judo Tournament.
This impressive performance has boosted the overall medal count for Tunisian judo to four, following the gold medals won by Adem Landolsi (-100 kg juniors) and Narjes Haddaji (-48 kg juniors), as well as the silver medal secured by Adem Kouki (+100 kg juniors).
The senior competitions are scheduled to take place on Sunday.
