Israeli Prime Minister Holds Phone Call with US President Over Iran Response
The Israeli Prime Minister has engaged in a phone conversation with the US President to discuss the Iranian response and its consequences. According to Israeli sources, Netanyahu is attempting to convince Trump of the need to resume hostilities against Iran, including a possible lightning strike on its energy infrastructure, in order to pressure Tehran to return to the negotiating table and make concessions.
It is worth noting that Washington has already indicated that it has entirely rejected Iran's latest conditions for a ceasefire.
Speaking to American media, Netanyahu stated that the mission in Iran is not yet complete and that it is imperative to extract enriched uranium from the country by any means necessary. He also emphasized the need to find a solution to what he called "the ballistic threat" and "Tehran's support for its proxies in the region."
