Recent Establishment of a Monitoring Committee within the ISIE
A new committee for monitoring recommendations from external and internal control bodies was recently set up within the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) and has just held its first meeting.

ISIE President Farouk Bouasker chaired the first meeting of the monitoring committee for control body recommendations, which was recently established within the authority, in the presence of ISIE Council members and representatives from various central departments and services, as well as the ISIE Council Bureau.
This meeting, according to an ISIE statement, is part of the authority's effort to periodically monitor the progress of work in various ISIE departments and services.
On this occasion, the ISIE President emphasized that the establishment of this committee reflects the administration's desire to strengthen good governance and transparency in the administrative and financial management of the authority, preserve public funds and assets, and rationalize expenses.
He also took the opportunity to praise the efforts made by the various ISIE administrations and services.
Subsequently, the meeting participants examined the means and proposals to ensure the implementation of recommendations issued by internal and external control bodies, following the approval of the ISIE's financial statements for 2024 by the council at its previous meeting held on August 25, in the presence of auditors.
