Tunisia and Iraq to Resume Direct Flights
The Tunisian Embassy in Baghdad has announced the resumption of direct flights between the Iraqi and Tunisian capitals, operated by Iraqi Airways, starting from Thursday, May 21, 2026.
In a statement addressed to the Tunisian community in Iraq, the embassy clarified that the resumption of this air route will be carried out on a weekly regular basis, with flights scheduled every Thursday.
According to the statement, the flight will depart from Baghdad International Airport, while the return flight will take place on the same day from Tunis-Carthage International Airport.
