Iran’s Defense Ministry Says It Will Deploy Sophisticated Weapons Gradually
The Iranian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday, March 3 2026, that it will resort to “sophisticated weapons as the conflict progresses,” according to Iranian media reports.
The news agency “Iran in Arabic,” which is officially accredited by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance on the Telegram platform, reported that the defense ministry clarified there is no plan to use its entire arsenal of advanced weapons in the early days of the war.
The ministry also emphasized that the duration of its resistance capability and its offensive operations will far exceed the enemy’s expectations, lasting many times longer than anticipated.
