International Call for Tender: Feasibility Study for the Restoration and Development of the South Zone of Lake Nord in Tunis
Al Buhaira Development and Investment Company, "Al Buhaira Invest", intends to launch an international call for tender for a technical and economic feasibility study of the various possible scenarios for the restoration and development of the South Zone of Lake Nord in Tunis, aiming for sustainable environmental improvement.
Eligibility
The call for tender is open to Tunisian and foreign consulting firms or groups of consulting firms authorized to practice and having references in the field of environmental, hydraulic, restoration, or development studies in aquatic environments.

Submission Requirements
Bids must, under penalty of nullity, be presented in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the specifications related to this call for tender. Bids must be sent to the headquarters of Al Buhaira Invest, in a sealed envelope addressed to the General Manager, with the mention "Do not open / International Call for Tender No. 06/2025 - Strategic Study for the Restoration and Development of the South Zone of Lake Nord in Tunis".
Deadline
The deadline for receiving bids at the company's headquarters is set for Monday, January 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The stamp of the Al Buhaira Invest Order Office will serve as proof.
Validity of Bids
The validity of bids is set at 120 days from the day after the deadline for submitting bids.
Non-Compliant Bids
Any bid received after the deadline and/or not conforming to the clauses of the specifications will not be considered.
