The regional delegate for tourism in Sousse, Mohamed Boujdaria, stated in an interview with Jawhara FM that the number of tourists arriving in the Sousse-Kantaoui tourist area from October 10 to 20, 2025, reached 41,495 visitors. This represents an estimated increase of 4.4% compared to the same period last year.

Boujdaria added that the Algerian market took the top spot in terms of overnight stays, with 942,679 overnight stays, representing a 31.8% increase compared to the previous year. This is followed by:
