Seventh Africa-Europe Summit Kicks Off in Luanda

The seventh Africa-Europe Summit began its proceedings today, November 24, 2025, in the Angolan capital, Luanda. The first session focused on the theme of peace and security, as well as their promotion through effective and operational multilateral cooperation.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, initiated his participation by holding a series of meetings with several Heads of Delegation and Secretaries-General of UN, international, African, and European organizations. These exchanges highlighted the importance of strengthening multilateral work and developing existing cooperation relationships between these countries, institutions, and Tunisia, according to a new vision.

During Minister Nafti's talks with a number of his African counterparts and European officials, emphasis was also placed on the importance of preparing for upcoming bilateral deadlines, which will provide a favorable framework for developing existing cooperation and partnership relationships.
