Road Accident Occurs on Sousse-Enfidha Highway
A road accident took place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, on the highway connecting Sousse to Enfidha, near the delegations of Bouficha and Enfidha. The incident involved a minibus transporting a group of pilgrims, which skidded due to unfavorable weather conditions.
According to local sources, nine people were injured to varying degrees. Three of them were transferred to Sahloul University Hospital, while the others received necessary care at Enfidha's local hospital.
The same sources reported two other separate accidents on the same highway during the day, also attributed to the heavy rains that hit the region.
