Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Announces Simplification of University Enrollment Procedures
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced today, Wednesday, that as part of the simplification of administrative procedures related to university enrollment and interconnection activation, new students who passed the 2025 baccalaureate and are oriented towards university institutions must connect to the "Massari" application, dedicated to the student's digital administrative file, via the link dossier-inscription.rnu.tn.
The ministry specified that this step comes after the payment of enrollment fees by new students, in order to validate the sharing of their data (birth certificate, baccalaureate certificate, and baccalaureate transcript) and thus finalize the university enrollment procedures.
This measure also concerns new bachelors of 2025 who have already completed their enrollment manually by file.
