Trial of Haroun Dhibi's Alleged Killer Postponed to April 17, 2026
Master Latifa Nadari, the lawyer for the family of young Haroun Dhibi, confirmed that the trial of the accused has been postponed to April 17, 2026. This delay was granted to allow for the preparation of the defense.
Ms. Nadari specified that "the court will examine the defense's request to re-hear several parties potentially linked to this heinous crime." As a reminder, the murder of Haroun Dhibi, who was only 4 years old at the time of the incident, occurred in March 2025 in the Cité Ezzouhour neighborhood. The alleged perpetrator, a close relative of the victim, is currently being held in detention.
