Union Financière HANNIBAL SICAV Announces 2025 Dividend Payment
Union Financière HANNIBAL SICAV has declared a dividend of 6.609 dinars per share for the 2025 fiscal year. The decision was approved at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 25 February 2026 and will take effect on Friday, 6 March 2026.
How Shareholders Can Receive Their Dividend
- Payment location: Dividends will be paid directly at any UBCI (Union Bank of Central Africa) counter.
- Reinvestment option: Beneficiaries may choose to reinvest the dividend amount immediately, subscribing to new SICAV shares with the funds received.
“Shareholders have the flexibility to either collect their dividend cash at UBCI branches or automatically reinvest it into additional SICAV units,” the institution noted.
