The English Football Association (FA) accused Tunisian international Hannibal Mejbri, a midfielder for Burnley, of misconduct on Tuesday. This accusation follows allegations that he spat on Leeds United supporters during his team's 2-0 home win in the Premier League.

The FA specified that the alleged incident occurred in the 67th minute of the match. Notably, Hannibal Mejbri entered the game as a substitute in the 83rd minute.
FA Statement
In a statement, the English Football Association declared: "It is reported that the player acted in a manner contrary to the rules of the game and/or inappropriate and/or had insulting and/or improper conduct by spitting at or in the direction of Leeds United supporters."
Response Deadline
The 22-year-old Tunisian international, who joined Turf Moor from Manchester United last year, has until November 28 to respond to the accusation.
